Terms & Conditions + Liability Waiver

By entering the festival grounds (Greyline Station) and participating in any activities at this event, you, the attendee (“Participant”) and accompaning parties, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that attending a music festival, including but not limited to the DJ Days Music Festival, involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. These risks may include, but are not limited to, loud music, crowded conditions, uneven terrain, potential for slips, trips, and falls, exposure to elements, contact with other attendees, and the possibility of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks associated with your presence at the festival, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and regardless of how they arise.
2. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in this event, you, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue DJ Days Music Festival, Mic’d & Mix’d Events LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including but not limited to, those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, resulting in personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, sustained by you while attending or participating in this event.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise as a result of your actions or inactions at the festival, or any claims brought by third parties against the Released Parties arising from or relating to your participation.
4. Medical Treatment Consent: You consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the event, and you understand and agree that any such medical treatment rendered is not an admission of liability by the Released Parties.
5. Photography & Videography: You acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded during the event, and you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, or image for any legitimate purpose by the festival and Mic’d & Mix’d Events LLC, without further compensation or notice.

You confirm that you have read this waiver, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. Your ticket purchase and presence at the festival signify your and your accompanying parties’ acceptance of this waiver.
